No, the escape room door is not actually locked. You are free come and go as you please.
Our rooms do include seating. Team members may sit as needed during the escape experience. If additional seats are needed they can be provided.
Our rooms are not designed to be scary in any way, but rather will be an entertaining challenge for your problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
$30 per person, includes all transaction fees. Children under 5 are free.

Yes! Please contact us at booking@escaperoomsouth.com to book your private party. Please include preferred time/day and the expected number of guests to help us plan your next team-building event or private party.
We only book private sessions, so you will only be in the room with people who you know. Just keep in mind, there are recommended minimums.
Everyone who likes games, riddles, puzzles, clues, and scavenger hunts OR who's just bored with the usual dinner and a movie routine.
While the games are designed to be challenging, they are definitely designed for children to be able to participate too. Children 4 and under are free. Children 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult on the premises.
All you need for the escape room experience is a positive attitude and a sense of adventure. Bring your group of friends or meet some new ones. Personal belongings can be placed in the room with you for safekeeping but will not be needed. Smart phones can’t help you, smart friends might help you, but a desire to succeed will definitely help you!
We can not offer refunds. However, we can either reschedule your booking, or offer you gift certificates to book in the future. Please email booking@escaperoomsouth.com or call 724-579-5826 for more information.
It is best to book for the least amount of players you know are going to be there.
Since our rooms are all private, your booking reserves the room for your party for that scheduled time. If more of your friends want to join after the booking is made, simply let the Game Master know when you get there and they can pay at that time. Keep in mind the player limit for each room however.
While we do not currently have a party room for cake and celebration, we do host birthdays and other parties regularly. If your party is 8 players or less, book online as normal. More than 8 players may require multiple rooms, which typically have start times within 20 minutes of one another. We may be able to accommodate coordinating start times ON WEEKDAYS only. We see all ages from 5-99 enjoy this experience.
Kids 15 and under require at least one adult on the premises.
Kids 12 and under require at least one adult in the room with them. If the adult is not going to participate, they may observe at no charge.
We recommend you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled session. If you arrive after your scheduled session start time, we may not be able to extend your end time past the initial 60 minutes allotted. (If you arrive at 7:20 for a 7:00 start time, you may still only be given until 8:00 to finish the game; you will lose 20 minutes). This is to ensure our games start on time for our remaining sessions.
We recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to your scheduled session start time. This allows for everyone in your party to convene, use the restroom, and sign your waivers all before your session is scheduled to start.
While we are unable to offer refunds, we can issue a gift certificate for players booked that aren't able to make it. You must email booking@escaperoomsouth.com for more information.
